Lay Member - Governance
After initially spending the first 12 years of his professional career in professional practice with a firm of Chartered Accountants, over the last 20 years Kevin has subsequently held senior leadership roles in a number of complex regulated customer focussed businesses, including an airport and a number of international energy groups.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, he offers commercial perspective combined with experience in finance, corporate governance, risk management, audit and compliance. Highly experienced in leading organisations through change, he has designed and implemented a range of Control and Governance and Risk Management Frameworks, built high performing professional teams and led systems implementations and change programmes.
Whilst remaining active in the Governance sector, Kevin also serves as a Charity Trustee and is a keen charity fund raiser, having completed a number of charity cycles rides (including Lands End to John O Groats in 2012).
Kevin joined NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Group in October 2013.
