First for Wellbeing

The First for Wellbeing team understand that there are many things that can affect people's ability to feel healthy and remain independent. The team can offer individual support to help address any needs.

How can First for Wellbeing Help?

All adults with a Northamptonshire postcode who are in need of information, advice and support (table below)



  • Achieving a health weight
  • Coping with everyday life
  • Managing finances
  • Social inclusion
  • Giving up smoking
  • Becoming alcohol aware
  • Living conditions
  • Low level anxiety
  • Adult learning and employment
  • Getting active
  • Under 18’s
  • High level mental health
  • Drug dependency
  • Crisis

The team can offer individual, personalised support either in the home or the community, where best suits individual needs.  The team can:

  • help individuals navigate services such as health and social care
  • offer courses and workshops
  • provide information about community groups and activities in the area
  • provide information about volunteering opportunities
